Furnace:
The components of the furnaces can be divided into three categories.
- The burners, heat exchangers, the project induction, and aeration.
- The controls and safety devices.
- The fan and air circulation.
The flames originate in the burners, and is sucked into the heat exchanger by the negative pressure produced by the project inductor. The hot gases produced by combustion flame pass through the chambers of the heat exchanger and the heat of the metal walls of the heat exchanger. The cold gas as they transfer heat to the heat exchanger and are about 120 degrees when they were in a high efficiency boiler. The cooled gases then enter the inducer fan and being driven to the air vents. Exhaust gases are then led out of the house through the vents into the lovely Asheville air.
